Active Project

Case number: FO–2025–001 Type: Augmented reality, public space Status: Active — open to public Subject: Systemic corruption — infrastructure and invisibility Location: ██████████████████ Access: Mobile web browser, on-site, no registration required

The Brief

Corruption does not require a villain. It requires a system in which the wrong outcome is easier than the right one — in which bureaucratic structures, invisible hierarchies, and public spaces are designed to communicate authority rather than accountability. In which the mechanisms of wrongdoing are embedded in the architecture itself, and in plain sight, and therefore seen by no one. This project does not name names. It does not target individuals. It targets the architecture. The physical and institutional structures through which corruption moves, persists, and remains invisible to the people most affected by it. We built an augmented reality experience that places this architecture directly in front of you. In public space. At the location where it matters most. Accessible on any mobile browser, without an app, without an account. Stand in front of it. Look through your screen. See what was always there.

Technical Notes

Platform: Mobile web browser — iOS and Android Technology: WebAR, no application required Positioning: Visual Positioning System, outdoor Duration: ██ minutes, guided Language: ██████████ The experience uses Visual Positioning System technology to anchor digital content to a specific physical location. The augmented layer appears at the correct position in real space — not floating arbitrarily on screen, but fixed to the building, the wall, the place.

What You Will See
